  • 1 organic avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1 cup organic whole milk
  • 2 tsp organic cane sugar or manuka honey (see Good-for-You-Glossary post)
  • Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
